Don’t they taste like candy?

This beet salad by Heather Christo is super simple to make and so delicious. Make ahead by roasting the beets ahead of time either while you do a weekly meal prep or the night before while you’re cooking, eating or once your littles are in bed. You then just need to toss the dressing together before dinner.

I didn’t change this recipe much so sending you directly to Heather’s version here. I did use chili flakes instead of the fresno chili pepper, skipped the sesame seeds, and I like it best with maple syrup.
